Seeing Naples from the sea means being able to photograph perfect and unique panoramas of the Castel dell’Ovo and Vesuvius, but also of its coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature.
Seeing Naples from the sea means to enjoy and experience the best day that a Neapolitan could ever wish for: a day in his sea.
Experience an exclusive city tour on a private boat with your loved ones, enjoying high-level onboard services far from tourist crowds.
Your sailboat awaits at the Royal Yacht Club Canottieri Savoia, an ancient and prestigious Neapolitan Club founded in 1893. The Club is located on the Santa Lucia quay, close to a fishermen village and right below the Castel dell’Ovo and city center. We promise your entry on the elegant private terrace of the RYCC Savoia will be memorable! Before setting sail for the Gulf of Naples, a welcome coffee will be served to you and your guests. In just a few minutes we’ll sail around the Castle and admire a breathtaking view.
You can admire the coastline of Naples and view up close its many villas, small beaches and inlets. You’ll bathe in the beautiful nature of Naples made of tuff rocks and crystal clear waters where you can swim in complete safety. You can spot Palazzo Donn'Anna, a monumental seventeenth century building; the Cenito bay with its wonderful houses on the sea, such as Villa Lauro, built in 1842; Villa Volpicelli where the famous Rai tv show "Un posto al Sole" is shot; and then the beautiful baroque 18th century Villa Rosebery, now the residence of the President of the Italian Republic. Don’t miss the amazing village of Marechiaro with its marina and its church, followed by the imperial Villa of Pausilypon, built in the first century BC. by the Roman Knight Publio Vedio Pollione: it extends from the Trentami Cliff to the Gaiola, a marine reserve. When you dive into one of these beautiful bays you will also understand why Posillipo derives from the Greek word “Pausilypon” which literally means "a pause from pain”.
A rich aperitif, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be served on board to make your experience more pleasant. If you want to extend the tour to include lunchtime, you can enjoy a typical Neapolitan lunch on board. Choose between spaghetti with clams or pasta with piennolo tomatoes and fresh basil, followed by a DOP buffalo mozzarella from Campania or an aubergine parmigiana and a side dish, both accompanied by green salad and rocket. The Campania wines served on board are always of an excellent standard and will allow you to fully enjoy a lunch overlooking the evocative bay of Naples.

The most fascinating moment of a journey is when distant lives cross paths. Lives different from ours, humanity different in culture, language, lifestyle. Faces and names that perhaps after a while you forget but that leave fragments of that place more than anything else. Getting to know the locals, sharing a piece of travel with them, also means discovering places that you would not have seen, angles that you would not have enjoyed.
Bastastress® offers a formula different from the normal tourist offer. Forget the stress of crowded beaches with sun beds at exorbitant prices. Forget the stress of long lines of bored tourists. You will not be a number, but special guests of a couple of new friends who will make you experience the wonderful landscapes offered by the Gulf of Naples and its islands.
You will always find yourself in the right place at the right time, because Claudio and Eider have a long experience in enjoying life in their spare time. They know the bays, the bars and restaurants, the most beautiful itineraries, they are expert enough at sea to plan your day in the best way. Because every moment is unique, especially on a journey.
