Quiet apartment on the seafront…

The apartment is particular: it spreads on two levels and has an independent entrance from an 1800s courtyard on the delightful Pozzuoli seaside. The neighborhood is clean, discrete, near bars and restaurants and is well connected to Naples and the islands.

The apartment is very creative because it belongs to two creatives: it has been published in various design magazines and newspapers like La Repubblica. It is extraordinarily quiet and peaceful even if it’s close by the sea, in a bustling area during the evenings and weekend nights.

Our Guests can access the entire apartment as well as one covered parking space.

We’re available for our Guests in order to assist them and give advice in order to enjoy the entire length of their stay.

The apartment is pleasant because it allows you to not be isolated and to optimize your travel schedule. The neighborhood is clean, safe, nearby public parks and gardens with basket fields and seaside promenades. All kinds of shops surround the apartment so any necessity can be easily procured.

The entire city center of Pozzuoli can be visited by foot and there’s open access to the sea. The Cumana station can be reached with a 5 minute walk: trains depart every 20 minutes and arrive to the city center in Naples (Montesanto) after only 20 minutes. Pozzuoli’s harbor can be reached with a 15 minute walk and from there various island can be reached by ferry/hydrofoil.
Posillipo can be reached in 15 minutes by car, Naples’ seaside in a 25 minute ride. We have deals with car hires with drivers and taxis; we offer also an optional sailboat trip during weekends.

The apartment has a small studio on a mezzanine which is dedicated to our Guest’s trip plan. A big map of the surroundings highlights the best experiences and all the options to optimize your stay. Numbers, names and secrets that will make it special!

Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor spaces on every level of the apartment. Use of the fireplace is not allowed. Please mind your step while going up and down the staircase.
